Why we use it and our legal basis
We use correspondence to reply to you and improve our guides, on the basis of our legitimate interests. We use server logs to keep the site secure, also on the basis of legitimate interests. Where non-essential cookies are used, we rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise. Server logs are retained by our host for no longer than 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site or our email, under contracts requiring appropriate protection, or where required by law.
Your rights
